OBD protocol available for Bosch MG1CS017 / MG1CS018 / MG1CS019

This update introduces the new OBD protocol for MG1CS017 / MG1CS018 / MG1CS019 control units. These ECUs are installed in the latest vehicles and commercial vehicles models from Ford equipped with gasoline engines.
The OBD protocol allows reading and writing the contents of the Flash memory.
